So for my lenticular vision paper, I am now going to write about Anne Brigman. Brigman was a photographer in the early 1900s and was a part of Alfred Stiegletz's Photo-Secession Movement. She was known to get very attached the locations where she took her pictures and would spend weeks there at a time. Her work in the Sierra Nevada mountains appears to be influenced by pagan mythology, European Romanticism, and the native beliefs of the Hawaiian people. She liked to think of her work as people AS nature, as opposed to people IN nature.

Henk van Rensbergen
So last week I came across this website, Abandoned Places.com (http://www.abandoned-places.com/), which features the work of Henk van Rensbergen. I thought it was interesting that his whole career consists of finding abandoned places to photograph. Personally, I like his black and white stuff better, but I tried to pick some color photos, too. These are some of my favorites that I found.
